My theoretical approach helped me provide individualized and in depth assessment and treatment with focus on a life-long change within the bounds of a strong therapeutic relationship between a client and a psychotherapist.I think that an effective therapist is one that invest in their own education and training. I hold a degree from Smith College School for Social work, and I am currently a Fellow at the International Psychotherapy Institute in Bethesda, MD. What differs me from other mental health professionals is my ability to help people feel deeply understood.
